I remember back in middle school almost everybody had a nameplate necklace. They were made by the guys at the mall stands. You'd pay them, come back in an hour and they've twisted the wire into whatever name you'd chosen.
NOW nameplate necklaces come gold plated, laser cut, double plated and in almost every color and font you can think of. They've been seen on Miley, Queen Bey, Rita Ora, and Kim K among others
I bought mine from Fabbulouslit. It's the "Carrie" Brooklyn Nameplate Necklace, which I'm almost 100% positive, is named after Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City and her iconic nameplate.
Fabbulouslit also carries the infamous "Unbothered" nameplate necklace, other personalized items like earrings, rings, and belly rings, as well as clothing. It takes 7-14 business days for any custom item to be made and 2 or 3 business days for shipping. I ordered mine on June 13 and I received it on June 23. The "Carrie" is 14k gold plated and only $50. I love my nameplate necklace. It can be worn with almost anything and it would be a great gift to give.
For a limited time Fabbulouslit is having a 30% off sale! The promo code can be found on Instagram @FabbulouslitCEO.
So tell me... how do you feel about nameplate necklaces? Love It or

It is a love it for me. They were popular when I was in high school many years ago. I just think they add a fun touch to an outfit.
